  23. This certainly isn't typical performance for that modem.  It sounds like there 
  24. was some sort of configuration problem, but at this point there's no way to 
  25. tell for sure.  I'm sorry you took the unit back as we'd have been glad to 
  26. help you troubleshoot the problem and get it resolved for you.
